THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO Writ Petition No.21676 of 2019 ORDER :

Heard the counsel for petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondent nos.1 to 3. 2.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had given a representation on 24.07.2019 for issuance of a new pattadar pass book and title deed for his land to the 3rd respondent, and that the 3rd respondent is not passing any orders thereon. 3.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondent nos.1 to 3, states that the 3rd respondent will dispose of the said representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of the said representation within a period of six

(06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs. 5.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
