Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri.K.Siddharth Rao, learned standing counsel for GHMC appearing for respondent Nos.1 to

3. With their consent, the writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

This writ petition has been filed with the following Prayer "to declare the inaction of the Respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not taking any action on the Complaint ID No.3103233055449 dated 31.03.2023 submitted by the Petitioner as arbitrary and illegal, violates the Principles of Natural Justice and against the Articles 14 and 300-4 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents to take immediate necessary action against the illegal usage of residential flats sold and being used as commercial flats by the 4tt' ResPondent in H.No. at 8-3-231/W / A/1e2 situated at Road No.2, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad, 500045, encroaching the corridor and common area." 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner on 31.03.2023 made online complaint uide lD No.3103233055449 and thereafter on 27 .07.2023 made another compliant and requested respondent authorities to take action against the illegal usage of eight residential flats for commercial purpose at residential complex situated

at8-3-237/W/A/1&2, Road No.2,Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. It is further submitted that the said complaint is still pending for consideration and pray this Court to direct the respondent authorities to consider the same and pass orders in a time bound period.

Learned standing counsel for GHMC on instructions submits that if the petitioner's complaint dated 27.07.2023 is still pending for consideration; the respondent authorities may be directed to consider the petitioner's complaint dated 27.07.2023 and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law 5.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side and without going into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent authorities to dispose the petitioner's complaint dated 27.07.2023 and the respondent authorities are further directed to conduct inspection immediately, if the allegations made by the petitioner in the said complaint is found to be true, the respondent authorities, by putting notice on all the concemed parties including respondent Nos.4 to 13 and af ter giving fair opportunity of hearing, thereafter shall pass orders strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the same to the concerned parties.

Accordingly this writ petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs. q SD/.
