None appears for the aPPellant Proceeding sheet dated 22.08.2025, goes to show that fresh notice is ordered on respondent Nos.1 to B and the matter was listed to 16.0g.2025. On 16.09 -2025, the learned counsel for the appellant failed to appear and proof of service was not filed. Thereafter, the matter is listed to 15.t0.2025 under the caption 'for dismissal'. on 15.10.2025, proof of service of respondents is not filed and again the matter is listed to today, under the same caption. Even today, when the matter was called in the morning session, none appears for the appellant and the appeal is taken up at 3:40 PM. During this time also, the learned counsel for appellant failed to make his appearance. Hence, the appellant is not diligent in prosecuting the present appeal. Accordingly, this Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the appeal shall stand closed.
