THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.12580 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/accused in C.C.No.9 of 2014 on the file of IV Additional District Munsif Magistrate, Tirupati.

The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law including filing of petition for discharge as well as to file a petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C.

Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. If the petitioner files the petition under Section 205 Cr.P.C., the trial Court is hereby directed to dispose of the same, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
