THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE T. AMARNATH GOUD CRIMINAL PETITION No.6254 of 2019 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner-accused No.1 for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.470 of 2016 of Hayathnagar Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 419, 468 and 471 IPC and Section 83 of the Registration Act, 1908.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent-State and perused the material on record.

As seen from the record, the earlier bail application filed by the petitioner viz., Crl.P.No.13235 of 2018 was dismissed by this Court on 18.12.2018. The allegations levelled against the petitioner are grave in nature. There is every possibility of the petitioner causing hindrance in the investigation and tampering the evidence. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.
