When the matter is called, learned counsel for petitioner submits that cause in the criminal revision case no more survives for further adjudication and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the same.

Permission for withdrawal is accorded.

Accordingly, this criminal revision case is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
