This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C. challenging the Judgment dated 28.03.2011 passed in Crl.A.No.185 of 2009 on the file of the Court of the VI Additional Sessions Judge (FTC), Krishna at Machilipatnam, confirming the Judgment dated 01.10.2009 passed in C.C.No.366 of 2006 on the file of the Court of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of I Class, Tiruvuru.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the matter was settled in Lok Adalat on 13.08.2016.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, no further orders are necessary in this revision case. Hence, the Criminal Revision Case is closed. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case shall stand closed.
