This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C is filed by the petitioner - Accused to quash the proceedings initiated against them in S.C.No.31O of 20 18 on the file of learned Sessions Court for Trial of SC & ST Cases, Rartga Reddy District, L.B.Nagar, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447 of IPC and 3(1) (r) (s) of SC/ST (PoA)Act, 2015.

As seen from the record, no interim orders were passed by this Court staying the proceedings in the lower Court. The status in the lower Court is not known, this Court is not inclined to keep this Criminal Petition pending 4.
