ORDER
This petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioner/A1 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.800 of 2015 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate, Tadipatri, Anantapur District, registered for the offence punishable under Section 420 read with 34 IPC, against him.
2. It is alleged in the charge sheet that the petitioner/A1 along with A2 had created a false general power of attorney and sold the land belongs to the de facto complainant to SJK steel plant and removed the name of the petitioner from the revenue records, thereby cheated the de facto complainant. Based on the complaint, a case in Cr.No.306 of 2014 under Section 420 read with 34 IPC was registered against the accused.
3. Heard and perused the material on record.
4. In view of the allegations made against the petitioner/A1 in the charge sheet, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned proceedings. However, the presence of petitioner/A1 before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates whenever his presence is insisted by the trial Court and he shall be represented by his counsel on all hearing dates.
5. With the above directions, the Criminal Petition is disposed
of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
