Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. The writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission.

It is the case of the petitioner that she is the absolute owner and possessor of land admeasuring Acs.2.34 gutans in Survey No.814 of Korutla Village and Mandal, Jagtial District, and her name was mutated in the revenue records and she was also issued an old pattadar passbook with patta No.1442. However, after introduction of Dharani Portal, the said extent of Acs.2.34 guntas of land is not updated in the revenue records and she is not issued new pattadar passbook. Therefore, the petitioner claimed to have submitted an online application vide No.2200033409 as well as manual representation dated 09.06.2022 before respondent No.3 seeking to update her name in the revenue records and to issue new pattadar passbook in her favour. But the said online application and the representation are still pending

consideration before the respondent. Hence, learned counsel for the petitioner prays this Court for appropriate directions to respondent Nos.2 and 3 and to dispose of the said applications in accordance with law.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submitted that if the online application submitted by the petitioner is in order, the same will be considered by the respondents in accordance with law.

Taking into consideration the submissions made on either side, writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to consider the online application vide No.2200033409 seeking updation of her name in the revenue records and for issuance of new pattadar passbook in respect of land admeasuring Acs.2.34 in Survey No.814 situated at Korutla Village and Mandal, Jagtial District, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
