Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare appearing for the respondents.

Petitioner has given a representation on 12-06-2017 to 2nd respondent seeking promotion to the post of Anganwadi Worker from the post of Anganwadi Helper in Seshapuram village, Bangarupalyam Mandal, Chittoor District.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that 2nd respondent has not passed any orders on the said representation. 4.

Learned Government Pleader for Women and Child Welfare appearing for respondents states that 2nd respondent will consider the said representation within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to consider the said representation within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner. No costs. 6.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
