ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the action of the respondents in not considering the representation, dated 20.01.2012, of the petitioner for appointment as the fair price shop dealer as illegal and arbitrary.

At the hearing, Mr.S.Syam Sunder Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that pending the writ petition, his client has been appointed as fair price shop dealer under compassionate appointment scheme.

In view of the above subsequent event, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.2567 of 2012 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
