The case of the petitioner that he was issued notice under Regulation 3 of A.P.Schedule Areas Land Transfer Regulations and the petitioner submitted explanation on 23-05-2018. Instead of concluding the enquiry, the 3rd respondent is going on adjourning the matter and the petitioner is not allowed to cultivate the subject land. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare. As the petitioner has already submitted explanation for the notice issued by the 3rd respondent, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the explanation of the petitioner and after conducting proper enquiry, pass orders in accordance with law. Till such time, the petitioner shall not be dispossessed from the subject land.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
