2017-04-28A Ramalingeswara Rao1 pages

HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE A. RAMALI NGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No.16402 of 2017 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the third respondent in summoning the petitioners to the Police Station and pressurizing the petitioners to settle the dispute with the fourth respondent.

Since the grievance of the petitioners is with regard to highhanded action of the third respondent, it is always open to the petitioner to bring it to the notice of the second respondent who can enquire into the matter and this Court cannot interfere with the same at this stage. Accordingly, liberty is given to the petitioners to approach the second respondent with written representation against the third respondent and on receipt of such representation the second respondent shall take necessary action in accordance with law.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
