The present writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the third respondent not to call the petitioner to the police station without there being any First Information Report or case registered against him. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, on written instructions dated 27.09.2019, would submit that as per the records of the third respondent police station, as of now, no complaint is received against the petitioner, and as such, calling and detaining him in the police station of the third respondent does not arise. Recording the said submission on the basis of the written instructions, no further orders are required to be passed in this matter. The writ petition is accordingly closed.
