THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 21584 of 2019 ORDER:

In this Writ Petition, petitioner's grievance is that his representation dated 26.07.2019 complaining that the fourth respondent is making construction on the open space of HMDA approved layout in Survey Nos.7, 14 and 17 of Katedan Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, by blocking 30 feet wide road, is not being considered by the respondent authorities.

Learned Standing Counsel for Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3, on instructions, submits that as the area covered by Survey Nos.7, 14 and 17 is a large extent, unless the petitioner brings to the notice of the respondent authorities the specific area on which the fourth respondent is making construction, it is not practically possible for taking any action with respect thereto.

In those circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file an application before the respondent authorities by specifically bringing to their notice the area where the fourth respondent is making construction by blocking the public road, by enclosing a copy of the layout as it is

CKR, J W.P.No.21584 of 2019 his contention that the construction is being made in the open space of HMDA approved layout. As and when such application is filed, the respondent authorities shall take action in accordance with law.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
