HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO W.P.No.18527 of 2018 ORDER:
The petitioner, who is unemployed youth belonging to B.C-A community, applied for the post of Assistant Engineer (Electrical) pursuant to the Notification No.1 of 2018 dt.11-01-2018 issued by the 2nd respondent with Hall ticket No.409056. Written Examination was held on 25-03-2018 and it is not disputed that petitioner secured 61 marks and 440 rank in the South Region. Petitioner has filed this Writ Petition contending that he has not been issued an appointment order for the said post.

In the counter affidavit filed by the respondents in para-14, it is stated that one BC-A Open Point is unfilled and the petitioner can be appointed in that vacancy as against the above BC-A Point.

In view of the said submission in the counter affidavit filed by the respondents, the 2nd respondent is directed to issue appointment order to the petitioner as Assistant Engineer (Electrical) in the 2nd respondent organization.

In view of the above admission, I do not think it is necessary to go into the other contentions raised by both the parties. 5.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed as above. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
