Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. During the course of hearing, it is informed by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the original pensioner as well as the beneficiary i.e., his wife also died. Therefore, no further cause would survive in the Writ Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
