HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.18625 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents in registering the F.I.R. against the unofficial respondent.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions stating that the grievance of the petitioner is civil in nature and as such, no action is taken by the police till date.

In view of the same, recording the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available to him under law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
