It is stated by learned counsel for petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents that the issue in this Writ Petition is covered by the order dt.03-03-2016 in W.P.No.6690 of 2019 and order dt.14-06-2013 in W.A.No.110 of 2013 and other judgments.

Therefore, for the reasons alike, this Writ Petition is also disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to demarcate and fix boundaries to the petitioner's land after issuing notice to petitioner and other persons interested in the said land and after collecting requisite charges therefor. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
