This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to call for the records relating to Crime No.95 of 2013 of Jogipet Police Station, Medak District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 468, 448, 323 and 504 read with 34 IPC, and quash the same.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Public Prosecutor filed a Memo, dated 29.08.2018, stating that the Investigating Officer filed a report on 03.04.2014 stating that the case registered against the petitioners is referred as "civil in nature" and the petition has become infructuous. 3.

In view of the same, the cause in this Criminal Petition does not survive for further adjudication and it has become infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this criminal petition shall stand closed.
