THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO WRIT PETITION No.32219 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India is filed seeking a direction to the respondents-police to proceed with the investigation in F.I.R. No.182 of 2016 and take action against the accused therein.

The grievance of the petitioner is that on a complaint lodged by her on 17.7.2016, the 3rd respondent registered a case in F.I.R.No.182 of 2016 against the culprits therein for the offences under Sections 324, 506 r/w 34 IPC, but, so far no steps have been taken. Considering the grievance of the petitioner, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the investigation in F.I.R. No.182 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible and file a final report, if any, either way in accordance with law, within a period of four months from today. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Pending Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand closed. _________________ RAJA ELANGO,J 18.10.2016.
