Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
The petitioner has been running a Petrol Pump under the dealership granted by the first respondent. While so, on 23.11.2016 it was inspected and a report was submitted attributing certain irregularities against the petitioner. The supplies were stopped from 23.11.2016. It was followed by a show cause notice dated 05.12.2016 pointing out the irregularities committed by the petitioner and the petitioner submitted her explanation on 15.12.2016. When no action was taken by the respondents after submission of explanation and in spite of representation dated 02.02.2017, the present Writ Petition is filed. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the respondents are ready to afford an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and decide the matter on the basis of explanation submitted by the petitioner.
In the circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to fix a date for personal hearing of the petitioner under intimation to her within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and after considering the explanation submitted by the petitioner and the personal submissions to be made by the petitioner on the date fixed for hearing they shall pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks thereafter. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
