The Legal Manager, ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company Limited has addressed letter dated 24.08.2018 to the Registry to get this appeal posted 'for withdrawal'. As such, the same is posted today.

In view of the said letter, permission for withdrawal is granted and the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the appeal stand closed.
