The writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 4 and 5 in not conducting any enquiry pursuant to the directions of the respondents 2 and 3.

Realizing the Nuzvid Municipality has already filed a suit in O.S.No.9 of 2016 on the file of Senior Civil Judge Court at Nuzvid and the same is pending, the petitioners' counsel seeks permission of this Court to avail the remedies available in civil laws to ascertain the rights of the petitioners over the subject property. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn giving liberty to the petitioners to avail the remedies available in civil laws to ascertain the rights of the petitioners over the subject property. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
