When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner herein, the petitioner submitted a representation on 08-09-2017, but no action has been taken sofar on the said representation.

On the other hand, it is submitted by Sri S.Laxminarayana Reddy, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 - Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation that if any such representation is pending consideration, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken strictly in accordance with law after giving notice to all the stakeholders.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the respondents 2 and 3 to verify the representation dated 08-09-2017 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take action, as expeditiously as possible, strictly in accordance with law after issuing notice to all the stakeholders. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
