THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.2787 OF 2008 ORDER:

This Court while admitting the writ petition passed interim order on 14.02.2008 which reads as follows: "There shall be interim direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for providing any suitable employment, as per G.O.Ms.No.98 Irrigation (P.W) Department, dated 15.04.1986, and G.O.Ms.No.266, Irrigation and CAD Projects Wing Department, dated 19.09.1994, if he is otherwise eligible as per law, and pass appropriate orders, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and communicate the same to the petitioner."

Smt.K.Udaya Sri, learned standing counsel for the 3rd & 5th respondents-Telangana Power Generation Corporation Limited submits that in pursuance of the interim order dated 14.02.2008, proceedings dated 10.03.2008 were issued. The main prayer of the writ petition and the interim prayer is one and the same. Since the 3rd respondent in pursuance of the interim order dated 14.02.2008, considered the case of the petitioner and issued proceedings dated

10.03.2008, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, if the petitioner is aggrieved with the proceedings dated 10.03.2008, he can challenge the same in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
