HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.Nos.21657, 20900, 20917, 21973 OF 2019 COMMON ORDER Since the issue involved in all these writ petitions is one and the same, they are being heard together and disposed of by way of this common order.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel on either side fairly concede that the issue involved in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the order dated 18.09.2019 passed by this Court in W.P.No.20219 of 2019 and batch. Following the order dated 18.09.2019 in W.P.No.20219 of 2019, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondentPolice to consider the claim of the petitioners for promotion to the post of Sub Inspector of Police (Civil) in full compliance of the direction issued by the Tribunal, if they stand on par with Sri M.Prabhakar Raju, who filed W.P.No.199 of 2019, without waiting for disposal of review petitions. No equities can be claimed by the petitioners if the review petitions filed by the State are allowed. No costs.
