HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.23215 of 2016 ORDER:

Questioning the action of respondent No.3, in deploying police constables at the petitioner's house and insisting him to come to police station, this Writ Petition is filed. The petitioner states that, though he was enlarged on bail in connection with Crime No.271 of 2015 on the file of IV Town Police Station, Visakhapatnam District, respondent No.3 is deputing his constables and insisting to give 3 Kilos Silver and 3 Kilos Gold in a theft case committed by somebody, in default, threatened to implicate him in false cases.

Learned Government Pleader for Home disputes the averments made by the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 not to summon the petitioner to the police station without following due process of law. Miscellaneous Petition pending, if any, shall also stand closed. However, in the circumstances, without costs. C.PRAVEEN KUMAR,J Date:15.07.2016 usd
