Petitioner alleges that consequent to the appointment granted on 25.10.2004, he has been working as Village Assistant (Neeradi) on remuneration of Rs.6,000/- per month. He claims that from June, 2017, even though he is working, he is not paid wages payable to him. Earlier a complaint was stated to have been filed on 05.03.2018 and a representation was also made to the District Collector, Karimnagar District, the 2nd respondent. 3.

Having regard to these submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the District Collector, Karimnagar District, the 2nd respondent, to examine the claim of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders with reference to payment of salary due to him and communicate the decision to him within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
