THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.24788 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Sri R.A.Chary for petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue).

Having regard to developments, namely, the removal of notice affixed in subject matter of survey number, Mr.R.A.Chary requests two weeks time from today to submit explanation to the notice, dated 14.07.2017, issued under the A.P.Land Encroachment Act, 1905.

The statement is placed on record and accepted. The writ petition is disposed of by this order. (a) The petitioner is given two weeks time from today to submit explanation to the show-cause notice, dated 14.07.2017.

(b) The 4th respondent conducts enquiry, in accordance with the Encroachment Act, passes orders and communicates the same within two months from today. (c) Till a decision is taken and communicated, the possession of petitioner shall not be disturbed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
