CVNR, J & GSP, J W.P.No.30823 of 2016 21.09.2016 ORDER: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to direct respondent No.1 to return the original marked documents by permitting the petitioners to substitute the same with the certified copies in L.G.C.No.28 of 2005 on the file of the Special Court under the Andhra Pradesh Land Grabbing (Prohibition) Act, 1982.

At the hearing, the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Assignments) (TS) appearing for respondent No.1, on instructions, has submitted that consequent on abolition of the Special Court, vide G.O.Ms.No.113, Revenue (Land Matters) Department, dated 01.06.2016, issued by the Government of Telangana, all the cases are being transferred to appropriate Courts and L.G.C.No.28 of 2005 will be transferred to the District Court, Ranga Reddy District and that this exercise will be completed by the end of this month.

In the light of the above submissions of the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with the direction to respondent No.1 to ensure that all the cases, including L.G.C.No.28 of 2005, are transferred to their respective Courts by the end of September, 2016. On such transfer, the petitioners are permitted to approach the District Court, Ranga Reddy District, and file necessary application for return of the original documents. If such application is filed, the District Court, Ranga Reddy District, shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, as per law. 4.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.38162 of 2016 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous. ___________________________ C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY, J ______________________ G.SHYAM PRASAD, J 21st September, 2016 GHN
