O R D E R:
This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief:
"To issue a writ order or direction particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondents in not granting permission to Stage Dharna at Indira Park Dharna Chowk to be held on 31.08.2015 from 1100 A.M. to 5-00 P.M, against Banning of Use of D.J. Sound operations in Hyderabad City, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 19 (1) (g) and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to grant permission to the petitioner and members of the petitioner association for staging a dharna at Dharna Chowk , Indira Park, Hyderabad on 31.08.2015 from 11-00 A.M to 5-00 P.M."
2. According to the petitioner, it submitted a representation dated 27.08.2015 requesting the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Zone, Hyderabad/third respondent herein for permission to stage a Dharna at Dharna Chowk, Indira Park at Hyderabad and the said representation is pending consideration with the third respondent and no orders have been passed so far.
3. Taking into consideration, the nature of controversy, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Central Zone, Hyderabad/third respondent herein to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 27.08.2015 said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, within a period of two days from the date of receipt of this order, in accordance with law.
