HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.21590 of 2019 ORDER:

The petitioner's grievance is that the petitioner had applied for survey and demarcation of the subject land on 20.09.2018 to the 2nd respondent and also paid the requisite fee on 20.09.2018 for survey, demarcation and fixation of boundary stones surrounding his land and that the 2nd respondent did not take any action thereon. 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 2nd respondent will decide the said application within six weeks and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the application within six weeks from the date of copy of this order. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
