HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V. BHATT WRIT PETITION No.3559 OF 2016 ORDER:

Heard Sri M.Janardhan Rao for petitioner and Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. After arguing the writ petition for some time, keeping in view of the few objections raised in the counter affidavit, learned counsel does not press the writ prayer. However, the petitioner seeks liberty to file a petition/ representation before 2nd respondent on all the grievances. The 2nd respondent examines the record and proposes to conduct on the representation and arrives at truth in the allegations and proceeds accordingly.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed with the above observations. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
