HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.18638 of 2018 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not fixing the rate of admission for the petitioner-Theaters as per their applications dated 18-05-2018, 19-05-2018 and 05-05-2018 as illegal and arbitrary. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue involved in the present writ petition is squarely covered by order dated 31-10-2016 in WP.No.19046 of 2014 and Batch.

In view of the same, recording the same, the writ petition is also disposed of in terms of said order. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.

Office to annex a copy of the aforesaid order dated 31-10-2016 in WP.No.19046 of 2014 and Batch to this order.
