To that effect, W.A.M.P.No.1206 of 2017 is also filed. Permission for withdrawal is granted. W.A.M.P.No.1206 of 2017 is ordered accordingly. Consequently, W.A.No.1424 of 2014 stands dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ appeal stand closed.
