Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development appearing for the first respondent and Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for the second respondent.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the issue, in the present Writ Petition, is squarely covered by the order of this Court, dated 24.10.2017, passed in W.P.No.23191 of 2017. A copy of the said order is placed on record.

Following the above said order, and for the reasons recorded therein, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent authorities to accept and process the application of the petitioner herein for building permission in terms of the Memo No.2252/M1/2017, dated 28.04.2017, issued by the first respondent and pass appropriate orders as per law.
