- 2 - THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO COMMON ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice P.Naveen Rao) Heard Sri Sridhar Reddy Talasani, learned counsel for the petitioners.

The E-Auction sale notice dated 07.06.2022 impugned in both the writ petitions was issued by the Andhra Pradesh State Financial Corporation, branch at Kadapa in the State of Andhra Pradesh.

Even if the Debt Recovery Tribunal-II is not functioning, the petitioners have to avail the writ remedy before the High Court for the State of Andhra Pradesh as the cause of action arises in the State of Andhra Pradesh and as already held by the division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.29918 of 2021 and batch dated 01.07.2021, this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain such writ petitions.

Accordingly, the writ petitions are dismissed, leaving it open to the petitioners to avail remedy before

- 3 - appropriate Court. Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
