THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI CONTEMPT CASE No.1037 OF 2016 ORDER:

It is an application filed, under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, alleging wilful disobedience of the orders dated 24.02.2016, passed by this Court in W.P.No.872 of 2016.

2. This Court, disposed of W.P.No.872 of 2016, by way of an order dated 24.02.2016 and the operative portion of the said order reads as under:

"For the aforesaid reasons, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to constitute a medical board afresh for re-examination of the petitioner, for submission of report and to proceed, in accordance with the report. This exercise shall be completed within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order."

3. Today when the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the respondent that in compliance of the orders of this Court steps were taken and vide Ref.No. HY:HR:RMX:T.ART:2016, dated 22.06.2016, the respondents found the petitioner medically unfit for the post of Temporary Artisan (Electrician Trade).

4. In view of the above, Contempt Case is dismissed, however, with a liberty to assail the above rejection, if the petitioner is advised to do so.

5. Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in the Contempt case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
