Petitioners' grievance in this Writ Petition is that application dt.30-08-2019 made by them to the 5th respondent for rectification of a mistake in the land records has not been disposed of. 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 5th respondent will dispose of application of petitioners within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. 3.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 5th respondent to dispose of petitioners' application dt.30-08-2019 within eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioners. No costs.
