HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.KESHAVA RAO Writ Petition No.18610 of 2018 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) The petitioner has come up with the above Writ Petition challenging a sale notice issued on 02.05.2018 under Rule 8 (6), on the ground that the e-auction notice under Rule 9(1) preceded the same.

Today, it is represented by Mr.Tirupathi Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent/Bank that the Bank proposes to withdraw the impugned notices and proceed afresh. In the light of the same, nothing survives for adjudication. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed. All questions are left open if fresh proceedings are initiated.
