HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.18524 of 2018 ORDER:

Alleging inaction of the 4th respondent in disposing the appeal filed by petitioners, the present writ petition is filed. Having regard to the limited grievance, I am satisfied the writ petition can be disposed of by this order.

(a) The petitioners are given liberty to file Memo before the 4th respondent by enclosing a copy of this order and seek an early date for hearing of the appeal.

(a) On filing such memo, the 4th respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by petitioners within four weeks thereafter.

(c ) The steps if any taken in this behalf including issuance of 'e' pass books, it is needless to observe is subject to the outcome of the appeal filed by petitioners.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
