On 02.06.2017 when the matter was called there was no representation for the petitioner, hence, the matter was directed to be posted on 09.06.2017 under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, when the matter is called, none appears for the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the case. Therefore, the civil revision petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the criminal petition, shall stand closed.
