Sri Ch.Dhanamjaya, Learned Counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw W.P.No.20070 of 2014. The Writ Petition is, therefore, dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As the Writ Petition itself has been dismissed as withdrawn, I see no reason to proceed against the respondents under the Contempt of Courts Act. The Contempt Case is, accordingly, closed. The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
