HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.4662 of 2017 ORDER:
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by the order dated 21.04.2014, passed by this Court in WP.No.11208 of 2014, and the same is not disputed by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.
Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the said order, directing the 2nd respondent to receive and process the document presented by the petitioner in accordance with the Indian Registration Act, 1908 and Indian Stamp Act, 1899. If the 2nd respondent is of the opinion that the said property is prohibited for registration by any statutory notification, he shall pass appropriate orders and communicate the decision to the petitioner. If there is no such objection, he shall register the document presented by the petitioner, if the same is in accordance with the Indian Registration Act and Indian Stamp Act and release the same. No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed. ____________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY, J 15.02.2017 tk
