This petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 08.03.2017 passed in CMA No.12 of 2016 on the file of the Court of the VI Additional District Judge, Anantapur at Gooty.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the parties have entered into a compromise.

In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondents, this court is of the considered view that no purpose will be served by keeping the Civil Revision Petition pending. Accordingly the Civil Revision Petition is closed. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition, shall stand closed.
