HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S. RAVI KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.17468 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondents in not regularizing the services of petitioners as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents to regularize the petitioners' services from their initial appointments in pursuance of the circular No.PD-30/1997, dated 24.04.1997 issued by respondentCorporation.

It is represented that in view of interim order dated 20.08.2003, petitioners continued in service and subsequently their services were also regularized and no further orders are necessary in this writ petition.

Considering the submission of advocates of both parties, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of interim order. No costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed.
