Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ accused in Cr.No.110 of 2018 of Nellore IV Town Police Station, Nellore district, registered for the offence punishable u/ sec.304-II IPC from the report of the wife of the deceased as defacto-complainant, dt.06.03.2018 and also heard the learned Public Prosecutor representing the State and perused the First Information Report, bail application averments and the Case Diary Part-I. On perusal of the record, it no way entitles the petitioner for concession of anticipatory bail.
