This Criminal Petition has been filed seeking to quash FIR No. 377 of 2013 on the file of KPHB Police Station, Cyberabad. Learned Public Prosecutor has brought to my notice that the charge sheet has already been filed by the police after investigating into the matter.

Therefore, preserving liberty to the petitioners to work out the remedies available to them under law, this Criminal Petition stands dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
